A brief Intro
Founders
Founded in the year 1993, by two engineers, N Prakash & Srivas R M, who had their initial training in National Aerospace Laboratories, Bengaluru, was born Towers' International Inc, a pure services company which catered to PC services and AMC.
As the years grew, Towers' International Inc, also started selling Intel based PC's, peripherals and networking products. Being recognized as a leading technological vendor, Towers' aligned with various vendors such as D-link, Samsung, Seagate,etc.. The year 200 brought about a new set of challenges with the Y2K problem. Towers' Internationl Inc, hitherto being a partnership company, now became a Private Limited company in FY 2000 and re-christened itself as Towers' Infotech Pvt Ltd.
With renewed focus and attention to newer lines of business, Towers Infotech Pvt Ltd (TIPL) now also signed up for HP Storage and won the best "HP Storage Solution Provider" award in FY 2000. Towers' also signed up for various other brands such as Cyberoam, IBM, Dell & Micorsoft.
Today, Towers' boasts itself of partnerships with multiple vendors in each of its verticals - Servers, Networking, Security & Storage.
N Prakash
N Prakash, an Electrical engineering graduate from Bangalore University, is a self-made entrepreneur. After completing his graduation, Prakash worked at the national Aerospace Laboratories. He hails from a family of business which was into scents, aromatics & agarbattis. With a vast experience in IT networking and security implementations, Prakash is now spends his time providing cost effective networking solutions to customers.
He also is the Hon. Treasurer of AIT (Association of Information Technology) and is also passionate about natural farming and agricultural practices.
R M Srivas
R M Srivas, is an Electronics & Communications engineering graduate from Bangalore University. Being a first time entrepreneur in his family, Srivas too worked at National Aerospace Laboratories and has gained vast experience in the field of data storage and computing.
With a thorough understanding of IT Hardware, Servers and security products, Srivas provides consulting and implementation solutions to customers in the areas of End-point security, Data storage & Archival, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Information Security.
Srivas also is an avid trekker, an old-time Scout at Sri Chamundi Scout Group and also helps out with various other social causes.
